Hola again from Barcelona!

Howdy all -

This is sadly a posting without any pictures as I´m not at my normal computer and instead in an internet cafe with a funky keyboard. However, things are still fantastic here in Spain. Aunt Karol arrived last night at about 11pm from Madrid (jet-lagged, but very much a trooper!) and we´re having a blast.

We slept in this am and then headed into the city for a bit of sight seeing before we headed off to the Picasso museum. Not much of an art person myself really, but it was still cool to see his famous paintings. Amazingly enough, some of his paintings were done on CARDBOARD!!! Aunt Karol and I decided we like his earlier works best...

Then we wandered around the city and did a bit of light souvenir shopping for everyone back home. I had to exercise EXTREME restraint to keep from buying every single ceramic mosaic piece in sight! They´re beautiful and EVERYWHERE over here!

Tonight we´re going to dinner at another tapas bar.....Mmmmmm! Will prolly be an early night though as she´s still on U.S. time, but we´re heading back to the beach again tomorrow!
